There are many variety of snack in Indonesia. It is usually classified into few's types such as fritter (Indonesian known as gorengan), traditional snack (Indonesian known as kue), pastry & cake, chips / crackers and many more. Chips (crackers) in Indonesia popularly are made from cassava, potato, banana, sweet potato, soybean (tempe), jack fruit, and etc.

1. Enaak

Enaak is noodle type Indonesian snack crackers (chips) made of flour. It is tasty, crispy and crunchy. There is seasoning added but not too much. It will make you addicted! There is only one flavor of Enaak which is the original chicken flavor. Enaak snack is almost same like Anak Mas snack which is the Indonesian oldies noodle snack sold in year 1990. In Indonesia Enaak is quite difficult to find as it only sell in selected supermarket such as Lotte Supermarket some mini supermarket etc.






2. Qtela

Qtela is one of Indonesian chips snacks brands. Originally, Qtela chips snack is made of cassava (Indonesian; Singkong) add with seasoning. Beside Cassava there is also another variant such as sweet potato and soybean (tempe). Qtela have many variety flavor such as Qtela Singkong Original, Qtela Keju Pangang (grill cheese), Qtela Balado (spicy), Qtela tempe rumput laut (seaweed), Qtela Ubi Ungu (sweet purple) and etc.

Kusuka is one of the chips brands in Indonesia. The name of Kusuka in Indonesian it's means "I love it". Kusuka chips originally is made of cassava but nowadays there are new variant which also made of emping cracker (melinjo; Gnetum gnemon). There are many variant of Kusuka such as Cassava chips original, barbecue flavor, seaweed, super pedas (spicy) and etc. It is sold in many convenience store (supermarket). Kusuka is often bring as souvenir although in some country it has been available especially in Asian groceries. 


4.Cheetos

Cheetos is one of popular chips snack brand in Indonesia available since 1993. It is made of corn flour and has savory, crispy and crunchy taste. I remember the first original flavor of Cheetos is Jagung Bakar (grill corn). Nowadays, Cheetos has come out with many variety of flavor such as America cheese, Barbecue, ayam bakar (grill chicken), Cheetos Net and many more. 5.  Taro

9. Maichi

Maichi keripik is chips (Crackers) made of cassava with level of spiciness. The spiciness of Maichi divided into few levels such as level 3, 5 and 10. It is has very strong spicy flavor which can make your tongue become numb. Maichi is one of popular traditional Indonesian chips (crackers). 10.Jetz

Jetz is one of child favorite Indonesian snack brands. It's almost same like Chiki but have rectangle or stick shape instead of square.
